when i replaced the all the gaskets and stuff on the carb i had it off i have 3 pp-47s with differant parts and such like i said two of the reed assemblys have slight curved reeds and one there totaly flat. i have also done a google search on them and found some stuff but not all so i ask on here because i know there is some people that have them and may know more about them. as far as being totally commited to it i sort of am i like the motor i know parts are somewhat hard to comeby but theres more out there than u may think. as of right now i cant just go out and drop 500 500 700 on a vintage motor so at this point 2 1/2 horse motor suits me fine im into it for the fun of the sport not trying to out do anyone or outrun someone that can come later
