Springtime in Tucson
Larry Brown and I are pleased to announce our upcoming small event at the P1 Musselman Honda Circuit just South of Tucson, Arizona. It'll be held Monday and Tuesday, March 10 and 11 th, with March 17 and 18 th as alternate dates. The fun, NON-RACING event is for American fan cooled rear-engined karts, either singles or duals. This is a beautiful, smooth circuit that runs clockwise. There is a shaded grid area, and drink machines are to be had, as well as REAL rest rooms. I'll post entry fees soon. There are motels several miles from the track to choose from. We've run there the past two Octobers, and it's a fun and very friendly little event. More coming soon. PM me with questions. Look at the track's website at: http://www.p1kartcircuit.com/ Remember that we do not run the large loop South of the pits at the bottom of the website's photo. Thanks! Ted Johnson

Ever think about a FUN DAY on this weekend.
Sliding some old iron around and going to Barret Jackson to boot would make for a nice weekend

Hi, Rob and Bob. I just WISH we could get the P1 track on weekends! The issue seems to be that the rental karts make most of their profits on weekends, so the track management restricts us to Monday and Tuesday. Also, the modern karts run on weekends. It doesn't bother Dean Kanocz, Larry, Pruit or myself, but darn it, some guys still need to WORK! We will still have a ball, since the track is so very nice, and Dean cooks a mean hamburger or brat!
