Rear Engine American Racers would like to take this opportunity to reach out to each and everyone of you who took the time, made the investment, and did the work to attended the 2012 running of THE BIG ONE and we would like to say "Thank You" for allowing us to be part of another safe fun filled weekend enjoying the machines from the early years of karting with a near record turnout once again this year.

The dedication and comradery that you great folks have for the hobby of historical karting is what drives us at R.E.A.R. each and every year to try to keep the fun meter pegged and this year like in all the years past you have again showed that you are without a doubt the very best segment of karting and you really know how to live up to what karting was meant to be from it inception, Fun for All.

I finally got the computer back from the shop, and the internet up and running this morning. I want to say a BIG "Thank You" to Rob and Bob for making the event a great one as usual. Charlie and I had a blast, and we both hope we'll be back next year. Thanks to Al and Jack for pitting next to us again, and providing the great company. It was good seeing Hank and Maralyn Rotroff again-God love 'em! The friends we've made thanks to TBO will last a lifetime! Ted J.
