Better pictures would help but it looks like a very early SAE....maybe.

Ok sorry about this post. Because I did not get the kart after all. Im tring to get into this hobby and come out to the big one some day. Hope who ever got it enjoys it.

A note from Mike Anderson, couldn't you get the guy to call back? I would think he would at least answer his phone. Let me know if you get any answers. I would still like to look at it.

Reminds me of the karts a friend built back in the early seventies. They were SAE lookalikes and he hung the gas tank on an aluminum plate on the left side just like this one. He built two of them, I have one; but I don't know where the other one went. I wonder if this is it. Where was it found?
