the other chain guard was damaged so i had to build up a repair today before installing it.
there was also an undercut that i changed to a negative angle so i could use a molding board
currently both chain guards are in place plus a venting/feed cavity.
will be filling any gaps and shellacing it tomorrow at some point.
i also stuck some pix of engines to give an idea of the amount of parts i need personally.
as you can see i need a few stuffers as all those blocks need one.
these are the motors that live in that location.
theres about 10 you can't see as they are here and there on shelves.
plus maybe 6 extra mcculloch saws good for little kart motors.
my theory of not leaving too many in one place to be counted came from hard experience.
my ole lady got to counting the blocks once when i had them all together and that was a bad moment!!!!
never again.
