Jeff,

We always have a great time at Brodhead and this year Marshall, George, Bill and the team have a great event planned. The cookout & beer tasting last year were great. This year they added cheese tasting live music (I think) and a tent or 2 to make it better yet.

I plan to have my line of Fox karts there and there will be a lot of Blackhawk karts. The kart show is pretty cool when everything is lined up on the track.

I was here for the track opening 50 years ago and it was my home track and where my kids raced when I went street racing, enduro racing and then snowmobile racing.

Kudos to everyone for the great event in advance. Ann & I will be there taking pictures, helmet cam videos and showing and racing karts.

Live music, yes, Kristy Larson honky tonk Trio after the cookout Friday night. Vintage Karters that can dance, um?, not required. Latest beer flavor, Moon Man.

George,
Is the same guy doing the cookout this year? That steak last year was fantastic, I sat there for hours last year helping get rid of all the extra steaks!

Yep. same deal as last year, he does a great job, good eatin! We will reopen the Beer & Wine tasting stand after dinner and add some after dinner cheese & cracker samplings. So you can have some cheese with your "whine", or just relax and enjoy some music.
