not sure but i think this is a gk800 frame, new to the site and previous posts only let me list 1 pic. this is the kart that i am trying to identify, any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi, Ed. Welcome to the rat race! Good folks here. This is an earlier Go Kart 800. It's a good kart to work with if you're small enough to fit into it. I sold 800's in '61, after this version was built. Too bad they cut the pans full of holes, but it looks as though it can easily be restored, as long as the front axle is intact. They were subject to being bent back in collisions. This should make a nice vintage kart. Ted Johnson
