Re: Need Help To I.D. Kart
Looks like a modified fun kart. I've seen those seat sides somewhere.

Early Fox Go Boy, maybe? The fat seat bottom hides part of the triangular sissy plates. TJ

Re: Need Help To I.D. Kart
This thing is still for sale-now that I've studied it more,it sure looks like a Go Boy with an extension welded on the front and some kind of flag mount on the back.....the triangular side plates, the steering set up, and the fact that it has two engine mounts, tell me it's not likely to be a fun kart......What do you all think?

Everything about the kart screams Fox Go Boy. Pedals, Tourek type tie rod ends, wide steering hoop, scrub brakes, The steering wheels looks to have been changed plus the bumper additions. Dick Teal is the early Fox guru, if you can PM him. Nice guy. TJ

I would agree with Ted, it appears to be a 59/60 Fox Go Boy. I had one as my first kart in 1959, and bought it directly from Fox corp. Came equipped with a Clinton A 400 mounted on the left as in you photo. Still have some photos if you are interested. Tom Thorin from the VKCA has one that he has in his collection.

Yes-please put up the photos!!! I would love to see them. This one is a bit of a drive from our location, but if it's a Go Boy it will be worth it. Perfect for the A400 I'm fixing up. Thanks!!!
And-if anyone else out there has a pic of an original Go Boy like this kart, please don't hesitate to share...
