clutch for west bend 580

Hi guys I have a westbend 580. Running a 60 tooth on a 4 inch tire lil indian, 11 tooth fairbanks clutch for 9/16 crank shaft need somthing to ingage around 3000rpm or maybe what i have is ok what do you guys think?

Low engagement @ 1500 RPM for a minibike seems to make it ride nicer. I just have a rev grip on my Mac 91 bike......
