Appears to be a salvageable '61 Percival. Frame, steering and pan are all that's there. The late Percivals were way nicer karts than their early tanks. I have no dog in this fight, just thought I'd mention what can make a pretty nifty kart. If anyone emails me, I have a couple pix of a very nicely restored '61. Ted
