Hartman clutch item needed

I can not remember exactly what they were called, but Hartman came out with a little bolt in spring arrangement in response to the Burco 'spring rings" -- it bolted into their steel shoes and pulled the arm back off the drum when you let off the throttle.
Anyone remember these ?
