last year i had Max torque clutches re-manufacture hartman clutch drums back to original specs.
we did the nine tooth gear and it's worked very well.

we had a price of $65.00 but unfortunately it has to go up $10.00.
this is for the ones that are presold.
after they are done they'll be $85.00 retail & $20 for the core.
the price for the work last year was too low so Jim had to add $13.00 to the cost.
the 10 tooth gears are now available as a presale @$75.00 each plus 7.50 core charge and shipping.
if you send me a usable hartman drum core with any gear usable or not any size i can skip the core charge.
i can also order 12 tooth
unfortunately i can't get 11 tooth yet.

these are completely redone hartman clutch drums.
we're adding new gear hub and bearing.
installed exactly as per factory and retempered.
reblacked ready for instant use.
below are the nines we had done last year.

Also i am willing to buy usable roached gear hartmans.
if you have a bunch they are worth sending me a pm to discuss price.
if you have one or two and want to donate then to the cause i can pay shipping but can't also pay for them.

UPDATE
All the 9 tooths are spoken for now.
any after this will be at the new price.
since i'm out i'll have Jim make at least three for this order if i get enough cores.

we have to have at least 12 done each time i send the drums.
more would be better as Jim barely makes anything on these and i don't like to tie up his shop with tiny orders.
Also
since we are a low buck job they won't get priority treatment.
last time it took nearly 6 weeks i think start to finish.
we have to wait for a hole in BIg orders on every phase of this job.

i have a bunch of orders and i got to thinking about that.
it seems to me if you are needing a 10 tooth and willing to pre-order you should get some kind of discount.
$75.00 is my lowest price i can do so any pre oreders will get that price and the 7.50 core charge .

ALSO
i am having more and more troubles getting cores and buyout are getting rare.
the next run after this will have to be bells that are n.o.s. but with enduro gears.
i normally sell those at 20.00 each or more on ebay.

SO
i will be raising the core charge to $15.00 for any clutches sold AFTER they are run.
of course exchanging cores is the main idea here so i'd rather a core.
Also the clutch bells will be 85.00 each AFTER the order is run.
if i sell them on ebay they'll be around 110.00 to cover the fees.

so i'm taking a forty dollar deposit and a core or $7.50 core charge from guys buying them now.

sendingf a m.o. or check is prefered though.
when they get back i'll charge all the pre-orders the balance and shipping.
anybody tht has preordered please get back in touch with me so i can give you my contact info.

remember they aren't going in till after Barnsville and there will be a bunch of time maybe as much as six weeks before they are finished.

Dave,
As I recall from talking with Jim at E.Avon way back, he could do the Hartman belt drive drums as well, correct?
He also stated that the inner side of sprocket area shouldn't be machined or altered in anyway for it to be a good usable core drum.
