I have what appears to be an unmolested '62 or '63 Rupp Dart kart. It has a real West Bend 820 with the triple carb set-up. This kart is complete, as purchased ( I didn't even wash it!) The seatback tank (Chilton?)was removed, but appears to be useable. The steering shaft measures .500 in diameter and the pedals show no sign of being rubber coated (I was told these were determining factors in correct year?). Upholstry appears to be original and in pretty good shape. Tires are Caslisle indian heads, 4" front and 5"rear. Don't appear to be dry-rotted and check holes look pretty good. Go power wheels are in good shape, though some would want to refinish the gold coloring. Brake system complete and looks good. Engine turns over and has compression. Both intakes are GEM as well as exhaust. Throttle system appears to be GEM as well. SEE PICS!!!
