I just finished a race ready fresh Mc49 that I am going to sell. If I get no response here I'll list it on eBay.
It started as a true Mc49C, now is is nicely ported (Exhaust and Boost ports only, 0.030" over fresh bore and new thin ring piston. Detailed covers. Stock stroke with a nice Mc49E crank with tapered PTO, LH threads.
Comes with GEM super stuffer, Reed sloper and your choice of a gas or alky rebuilt carb. 5 degree flywheel with "Teal" timing.
Ready to run, just add fuel and go.
Asking $499 firm + something for the postman.
