There are Reed Valve, Piston Port and Rotary Valve Daps on the market.

Thanks Gordon for painting me as a villain with out cause. I have not been able to post photos on this web page. If you like please send a Email link to your Address and i can forward some photo's The mystery engine has been ID'ed as a T-50. It's still for sale it's a nice engine. If any one would like to have this item i do PayPal < they have buyer protection if there is some worry about not getting what is paid for. I have NEVER screwed any one on any sale for any thing ever. I had bought this engine to get back in to karting ( vintage ) looked fun but trying get passed the costed of buying a VINT piece (chassis) has gotted out of hand. As with almost all the HOBBY's i have karting is some thing i do when i am not Racing my Dragbike. So the engine is still for sale for $225 plus shipping from Ca. 90814. Thanks Paul Rees

Parts are still available.
Ben Ray Griffith, Griffith Specialties, was an Importer for DAP/Corsair back in the day.
