Need I D on clutch shoes/arms similar to Hartman

I have several of these arms (NOS) and don’t know what they fit, so if anyone can I D them for me please, it would be appreciated.

See eBay item # 400167384630. The part number seems correct with the 787 prefix, but never saw this style used. Had I even thought is was a "Y" part, I wouldn't have posted it here.

I think it's a moped part.
