hi guys,

just went on a ride to buy a few vintage tires.
when i got there the seller had a few other items.
bought what i could even though some things i didn't need.
so here's a few for sales before they hit ebay.

one used invader seat upholstery good cover or excellent pattern 6 out of 10 a lateral cut on the seat spoiled it for perfect but mostly wear on the foam in the backing.

one bucket bug upholstery used but in excellent condition.
9 out of 10

one n.o.s. bucket bug upholstery as good as they get no wear at all original owner never used the cover and stored it all these years.

i won't post prices if you're interested p.m. me with an offer or more pictures.
i'll send my direct email and phone number.
please no silly offers as i just don't have the time.

If your time is so valuable why don't you just say what you want for the items instead of playing games with terms like "silly offers"

Steve,

an excellent question.
i guess i'm tired of people offering 20$ for something that they know is worth more.
i had one unnamed fellow offer me 200$ for three complete us820 motors and lots of spare parts.

i had no real need of these except that they were likely not to be offered for sale anywhere and thus lost forever.
i don't really have a real idea of what these should be worth or a fair price, so make a reasonable offer.
basically i'm saying if you want one contact me.
i'm open for trades or cash money .
this is a hobby and not a money maker for me and i like to help people complete their projects.

i've also noticed lately that starting prices on ebay are reflecting prices put up here.
my last experiment with this was the gearbox i offered on the forums.
it was a price i would have been surprised to get.
i found three different ones offered on ebay for matching prices within days.
so i'd rather not give the pickers out there seeking to profit off vintage kart parts any hints anymore.

anyway if you're interested let me know i'm not greedy.

David,

I didn't mean for that remark to sound nasty. I thought I had put a laughing emoticon at the end to show I was just razzin you but I must have screwed up and left it off :(
It was late...

Instead of "silly offers" why not just state the minimum you will consider. Then everyone will know. One man's silly is another man's limit.
