It took me about a week but I finally found this ad, in a 1959 Hot Rod magazine, for a kart I bought but didn't know what brand it is.
Has anyone ever heard of a Midwest "Track Master" made in Kellogg, Iowa...
It was made at the Midwest Metal Stamping Company..
The kart was cadmium plated.
I believe the one I have is a 1959 Track Master
Attached is a picture of it.
If you would like to see more pictures of this kart, email me..
Thanks
Rick

Rick, Hefty little beast. I believe the listed weight without engine is 130 lbs. The only ads I've seen are for 59 and 60. Does yours have a serial plate on the steering support? I saw pictures of one during a race running dual Mcs,must have run a jackshaft or some type of modified drive because of the enclosed axle. Carl Weakly was a big help to me when I first got mine.
