The Turket Trot is a week away!

We're looking at good weather- sunny with temps in the low 60's.
Vintage karts have the track all day and we're there from 9 am until dark, which is around 4:30-5pm. $20 per driver, and we're also having a potluck BBQ around noon-1pm. If you want to participate in the potluck, please e-mail me at voxnut@yahoo.com we have a lot of participation, but we can still use more burger patties and buns and simple desserts like cookies and brownies and such.

Feel free to e-mail or call me at 916-541-7027 if you have any questions.

Hope to see you there!
Dean

Let me get this right. You let a turkey loose and chase it down with a kart then BBQ it? If you get a rabbit, woodchuck, snake or whatever it then becomes potluck? What if you don't get the turkey by noon? Is lunch then delayed? :D :D

Well, that's why I stated that the potluck would be somewhere between noon and 1, it might take us a bit longer to accumulate enough roadkill to feed everyone. :)

I could send you a couple of armadillos (aka possum on the half-shell). Georgia certainly has enough of them and they are slow enough so as to guaranty the desired bbq time window.
