Swap Meet at THE BIG ONE !

Just a quick reminder. This year as in years past, Rear Engine American Racers will once again be featuring a free open air swap meet both days at The Big One.

Keeping this in mind you may want to start gathering up all those unneeded extras, overstocked spares, or even some of those prize possessions that you can turn into some extra cash, all while helping out a fellow Rear Engine Karting enthusiast with that sometimes much needed “last” piece of the puzzle.

Remember, though no guarantees, people have traveled thousands of miles just to shop this swap meet feature because if it is for a rear engine kart this is the place to find it or even make contact with fellow “brand” enthusiasts.

Now please take the time to check the R.E.A.R. guidelines for the eligible style of equipment and safety gear which is allowed participation and remember it’s your responsibility to bring the correct equipment. Also the New 2007 820 copy engines are not eligible to participate.

Swap it, Shop it, Buy it, Sell it, where? THE BIG ONE 2007……that’s where so be there!

Rob/Bob, please help. I completely understand the REAR guidelines as regards participating karts/engines/accessories, but I'm in the dark as to what can be sold/traded at the swap meet. I've a couple old LMR's and such. Am I allowed to try to sell these, or are the guidelines for the swap meet the same as for track participation? I'm not trying to be a smart-a**. Thanks! Ted J.

We try to limit it to no porn. &#(@winders have been sold in the past along with free air engines, enduro karts, tools and mounts but the bulk of the items are for early rear engine karts. I'll have a really nice Bug Stinger there for sale this year along with some manifolds for early rotary engines and whatever else is in the box.........cool stuff!

FOR THE RECORD: I own 3 1/2 &#!@winders. 71 Lancer, Margay Cheetah Dual, Margay Concept, and a half of a Bug Stinger.

@# PC locked up as I was going to bid, I assume this is the Whole kart, not the 1/2 :> )
