I am running a chain drive set-up that requires the use of of an outboard clutch. I would like to try a slipper clutch (and a box muffler ;) ) , but am at a loss to identify a period appropriate one. I know Horstman made some as did Burco, but what models should I be looking for. Are there pro's and con's between the two? Does anyone have one they would be willing to part with.

Thanks,
Dan

Horstman made a conversion for a Rev Grip that was a backing ring that went over the drum and a cover to put oil in the clutch. The only adjustment was springs or home made modifications.
