COOL Karts, take COOL Parts contest....

We all know that Americas R.E.A.R. engine karts are the coolest little hotrods out there. Their simple make-up of some of most unique parts to ever leave a drawing board combine to showcase the term, "form, function, and fun".

With this 'parts' concept in mind we will be adding a fun new contest open to all attendees at this years running of THE BIG ONE entitled the "COOL PART of Karting".

Contest rules are simple.

On Saturday night during the annual get-together at the Fremont Inn we will have a group of tables set up for you to display that special, unique, weird, rare, bizarre, or just plain old part you may have. The parts don't have to be new, nice, shiney, etc, just something that is a little different, maybe off the wall or something rarely seen.

Our hope with this contest is that it will let everyone see some of kartings most interesting designs from back in the day but with a fun twist on it.

Judging will be by a simple show of hands or applause or who knows what but we do know that we'll make sure that the winner gets awarded something nice, so start digging through those parts bins now.

Don't forget to check those equipment guidelines for participation and we'll see you in a few weeks.

Just alittle reminder.

As your digging for your 'COOL PART of Karting' contest entrant keep in mind that If you have any documentation in the form of litature, assembly instructions, or even the original packaging from your parts please bring that along also.

R.E.A.R engine frame, American fan cooled engine, Skinny hard tires, either or clutch pipe combos. Its Simple and its FUN!
