Bushing info for you McCulloch R-1 restorers out there

Post by Dean Seavers » Fri Aug 03, 2007 10:57 am

Hey gang-

For the handful of us that have a slight obsession with these ill-handling turkeys, I've located a source for the split flanged bushings that are in the pedals, the steering shaft tube and the kingpin tubes. Here y'go:

IGUS Bearing http://www.igus.com

Here are the part numbers:

Mc Pedal - control rod: MYI 04-04
Mc Pedal - pivot point: MYI 07-07
Kingpins: MYI 08-08
Steering Shaft: MYI 10-18

You can order directly from IGUS.

Good job finding those Dean. Thanks for posting the info. I had bought some NOS off eBay for my R-200, but it's great to have a source that won't cost and arm and a leg for a little piece of plastic.
