Mc Bob's updated Copperehead hot saw....

The Mac-West 820.

In seach of a better balanced saw i have made the decision to fit my Copperhead engine into a Mac SP125C frame this will give me a saw that presents to the block better along with a better feel as this SP125C frame is also cushioned against vibration and by using the origional 125c oil tank it will have auto oiling as well as in saw racing you don't get time to pump the manual oiler.

I still have a way to go but with the tapered crank the clutch and drive system will be inboard as per the SP125C setup.

I'm preparing this saw for our attempt at winning the Australian Nationals in November of 08
and i feel with these upgrades we might just achieve our goal.

Mc Bob.
