My first 125 Mac hot saw was a Super 797 which is basically what the 7 port Mc-101 was except the 101 didn't have the fixed head. This one got hot enough that the fins on the head got annealed and then could no longer stay straight and they all sagged down. When it cooled down the fins were all laying on top of each other. That was a clue I think that it got a tad too hot.

What did you do as regards rear boost ports Tom as the engines you mention didn't have them ?

Mc Bob.
