Does someone have the bolt torque specs for a 91b1?
I have the headbolts (80 in/lbs) and rod bolts (100 in/lbs). I need the six housing, intake & exhaust manifold, stuffer, etc. Thanks.

Re: 91b1 Bolt Torque Specs
FYI - you can download the entire owners manual with the link I put on the VKA Ebay McCulloch parts page, the link is near the top of this page.....

... but check the McCulloch service bulletins (the later ones), on the REAR Mac page, as some of the torque specs were revised, or extra info was added (like lubing the head bolts prior to torquing them, etc...)....

(I think your headbolt and rod bolt torque spec might be a little high, but then this depends on the bolts and block nuts you are using, some rod bolts can be torqued to 100+in-lbs, but some cheap allen screws can not. Get high quality high strength fasteners intended to be used in these motors, especially the rod bolts, as a failure will be catastrophic!).
