They were also at the Nationals in Aug of '67 but were not allowed to run.

Before oil clutches, they had clutch oilers that gave a shot of oil in the Rev-Grip or Max-torque to increase slip as needed. obviously this further reduced the grip of those hard tires in places on the track where everyone oiled their clutch, and just as obviously they were banned. Dave
