Mc6 Head Gasket

Does anyone know how thick a Mc6 head gasket is suppose to be? And are they square instead of round???

early Mc-6 .064" square PN55012B (same as Mc-5 and Mc-10)
late Mc-6 .080" square PN48816 (used to reduce pre-ignition)
