No idea if it really came from Ireland.
It will be fine for a runner. If I was racing a 91, I would use an HL181.

It looks like Tillotson sells castings to China and China adds the 'hardware' - shafts, etc

Talked to Vince Hughes while I was out in Tuscon and he said that the re-pop Tillistons come in all shapes and sizes from different manufactures. He said that there are sometimes up to 5 different mfg's making the same model number carb.

I bought a bunch of these carburetors a few years ago before prices went up. At the time were only $10 a piece with free shipping. Hard to beat just for parts. Some of them are marked Made in Ireland and some are blank.
The fuel passages will need to be drilled out slightly since the orifices are not to size compared to an original one. I never got around to trying these out. But the overall work is good. The bore is super polished on a few of them.
I was considering stripping them down and open up the low speed circuit to match the 227 and newer models. Since all of the kart models are spec'ed the same and slightly under the no-go's listed in all of the older tech manuals.
I want to leave the high speed circuit alone until knowing for sure if not close enough to flow well as is. I dont really see any reason not to go ahead and bore the venturi out to correct size either. There is enough meat to even open up the air quite a bit too.
