Got hooked up with Mike Schlager through a minibike newsletter [ pre-personal computer days] close to 25 years ago and Batavia aside from Fremont was one of the first tracks that we ran on. Lot of good memories from the organized events they held later on also, the track layout is cool.

Looks like today is the day. Sure hope it goes to a karter or group of karters who have the intentions of bringing the track back to life.

Got a unofficial word that the track will reopen as a karting track..... now thats some great news there.
