Frank, I was just trying to give you crap in a friendly sort of way. Back in the day it seemed that all you had to do was question a guy's et claim and the race was on. Often the words "pink slip" and "fifty bucks in my pocket" were part of the conversation. We always had a bottle of white liquid shoe polish so when we went up town after the Wed. night drags we could change the dial down about a half a second. It was all good fun but in reality my Dart never broke the 13.90's or 100 mph.

No offense taken George. Up until the last move i had every ET slip from all the runs I made. I could back up my BS. I even had some really neat ones like they used to give out at the national meets with the Chrondek logo and they were printed on card stock and said "You have been electronically timed at blah blah et and speed by Chrondek." They gave them out the first day our new drag strip opened in '69. They probably got them with the clocks as they never gave those out again.
