Bug Stinger Bucket Bug without the correct seat.
Box mount Fox with front axle cut off and mount welded to frame.

Rob's answer is correct on the Fox and the model year is most likely a 1964 or later model. It has been modified by welding on a motor mount at the right rear and the front axle has been cut off on each end and a straight axle welded under the front.

The four bushings that are welded to the bottom of the frame in the rear mount the rear axle with two box mounts or one box mount & one side plate mount. The axle shown has a pretty bad example of a box mount on it. The reason I said most likely is because Fox sold a kit to convert earlier 1961 through 1963 starting in late 1964.
