Where to order narrow and regular slicks?

Post by Mark Poos » Wed Dec 26, 2018 11:38 pm

Ok .. cheng shin..
But, they all look the same width?
Of course, I want narrow fronts and regular back slick's.
Where do I look to get them?..4.10 × 3.50 × 5 for Nylites.

Vintage Speed Tires has the tires you need. Call Gus , 541-471-7212. He is a very experianced karter and can help you get the correct sizes.

Mark, just call Gus. I just hung up with him. He seems very pleased with the narrow 5" tires. Ted

Try Azuza direct. Good rubber at a good price.

When ordering your fronts make sure you get the 340/300X5 N. The 'N' is for narrow just like the fronts that were used in the 60's.

I called Azusa at 626-967-4167. They have a bunch of the 3.40-3.00 X 5N Cheng Shin narrow fronts. I had called a couple shops this morning and those shops did not have 'em. You need to wait until Jan. 2nd to call them. I had them on the front of the Bug Sprint and Swoopster, and now on the front of the Photon. They wear well, look good and handle very nicely. Ted
