R.I.P Russell's Karting Specailties

Post by REAR » Sun Nov 05, 2017 4:20 pm

Just got news that one of America's premier karting shops and importers is going to close its doors. Russell's Karting Specialties has had a long and well respected reputation in American karting and after 58 years, its sad to see them go.

Wow, REAR! That indeed sucks. Just got some wheel spacers from them Saturday. I remember them cutting the head off a big cube Mac saw engine and modifying it for Pop back in the about '61. They been around a long time. I'm sorry to see them go. Thank God that the guys at Comet Kart Sales are hanging in there. They have been my Go To since the old days. Steve Alexander is gettin' a bit older along with the shop, but he's still doing a great job for we karters. Ted
