Old member, new kart

I've been a member since 07 and raced karts since the early 60's. I've let my vintage karts languish until today when I finally found the Bonanza kart I've been searching for. She a bit rough but I have the tools and I can rebuild her. My dad bought me a kart just like this when I was a kid and now I have come full circle.

I'm looking for an owner of a 60 bonanza kart to acquire a few frame dimensions. If you have one please PM me.

Jim,

Got over to Whiteland Indiana this weekend for the Hossier Historics and Robert Cain out of Indianapolis had a beautiful 60-61 Bonanza kart there so I took a few pictures so you can view what she should look like.

Here's one with an 820 on board. I liked the kart so much that I CAD designed one with modifications like I did on the Nike, to push the engine as far back as I could, plus pushing the steering wheel forward and upward a little. TJ

Went to the vintage event in Avon NY today and found an original Bonanza kart. The owner Al Postiglione let me take pictures and measurements. Time to get into the shop and bend some tube. Russ great to hear your alive and well. I miss your email.
