Please help identify kart frame

This kart frame is currently on e-bay. The item # is 220198423308 can anyone identify year, make etc? Thank you Paul.

Dean does it look lke ssomething was added to front by bumper. It appears to be missing the original wheels, steering wheel, and motor mount nd belly pan. What do you think?

Paul-

I believe the bumper portion on the front porch is an addition. The pans and such are still available from Bug, or if you have acceess to a good sheet metal shop locally, you could have it done there. The original wheels were nylites, but you have some options there. Just be aware that the kart isn't vintage-elligible everywhere since it's a sidewinder rather than a rear engine kart. They are neat karts though.
