6" Brake Identification Needed

Post by Scott Kneisel » Fri Dec 12, 2014 10:52 am

Hey All,
Has anyone seen a 6" drum brake like the one pictured? I got it in a bunch of brake stuff from the Late Pete S in Canada and have never seen one like this. It looks like a good alternative to the Bendix design because it expands both shoes from the middle rather than just from one end.
Anybody know this brake? Should I give it a try?
Thanx,
Scott

Could it be a Mercury brake?
