Rob Ron Parts 1964 Rupp Grand Prix
I was able to get a quote from him and accepted the offers but no response on how to pay etc. I am looking for an aluminum pan and Upholstery. A Rupp tag for the number panel at the steering hoop. I understand this may have had a serial #. I am looking forward to have at least a rolling chassis. Any updates on Rob Ron Contact or offers on these parts I need.

Your best way to reach Robert is by phone, you may have to call several times before you connect.

I pay via credit card over the phone.
Robert has a lot of irons on the fire besides karts, keep calling.
Sooner or later Robert or Wanda will answer.
Robert was at the SEMA show last week but should have been home as of Monday.

Charles,
Get yourself a big piece of cardboard and make a floor pan template and transfer it to a sheet of aluminum and cut yourself or take it to a fab shop and have it sheered and bent. Took the first floor pan I made to a heating and cooling sheet metal shop to have it bent and ended up having a really good conversation with the owner about the kart he had as a kid.
For upholstery for a Rupp if your looking for the best you need to talk to Mike Schlager. His seat are not cheap in price by any means but they are without a doubt the best correct reproductions out there. You will not find a nicer Rupp seats. the quality, material, and workmanship are second to none.
Contact Mike at bbombmike@aol.com He is also a bit slow to respond but the wait will be well worth it.
Hope this helps.

I have on hand either a one piece or a two piece floor pan, the two piece is much easier to ship, for a two piece Grand Prix. I also have a decent number of Rupp parts that I would sell. Contact me with what you’re looking for. Thanks, Bill
