Tucson fun run

Post by ted johnson » Thu Sep 11, 2014 4:33 pm

Larry Brown and I will be hosting a small two-day fun event at the P1 Musselman Honda Circuit South of Tucson, AZ on Monday, November 10th, and Tuesday, November 11th. This run is for fan cooled American reed engines on rear engine American karts through 1972. No sticky tires, please. We usually have Larry, Pruit Ginsberg, Dean Kanocz and myself, but we'd welcome a few more participants. We all run single engine karts, but duals are welcome as well, and Pruit brings the dual '91 Lancer along. We're just there to enjoy a very smooth, fast track and each other's company. Anybody wishing to join us, keeping the above guidelines in mind, please PM me and we'll discuss it further. Remember, we run clockwise, the pit area and grid are paved, and the grid is covered. There are rest rooms and soda machines. There are motels in all price ranges within 15 miles of the track, and campgrounds for RV's. Your equipment may safely be left at the track overnight. Thanks! Ted Johnson
