Fantastic 4 class of 2014

Post by REAR » Wed Sep 03, 2014 8:39 pm

At this years running of THE BIG ONE we put a extra emphasis on the machines that formed the very beginnings of the hobby of karting, the Dead Axles and you responded with some super nice early iron. In fact you responded in such a positive way that this years Fantastic 4 was a virtual sweep for the Dead Axles.

We would like to congratulate this years winners for taking all the time and effort to help to preserve these important pieces of kartings history plus we would also like to make a honorable mention of the individuals who also brought some very nice examples of kartings past as well.

Honorable Mention [no order]

Robert Cain-61 Bug
Iron Mike Everland-Dual Bug Scorpion
Mike Lotz-Norseman

The 2014 Fantastic 4 are [no order]

Tom,

You are very forunate to know Don, he is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet and he has a real love for Americas early historical karts.

Don has been making very generous donations to our weekend raffles at THE BIG ONE for many years now and this years Sunday bonus raffle was provided by Don as well.
