Well I've been talking and doing some research, Rupp Chaparral? I might have to go after this one. Although I've had my heart set on a Hornet Marauder or Allegro. This one has been listed on RacingJunk.com but the contact info is wrong, I've emailed them but so far no response. Is it familiar to anyone here?

I talked to the owner he said it was a Rupp but didn't know for sure what model. It dawned on me that the GP on the side of the tank meant something, Then I saw an old ad for a Rupp Dart GPE ? But what year? I guess the front end was added, front porch and bumper for the foot protection? It does appear to be a side winder, but I've got to start somewhere???

Well after more research I emailed Robert Stanton the pic. He said he didn't think it was a Rupp. I'm trying to get some more pics from the owner of the rear bearing hangers and the front axles. He said with those he could tell for sure. Maybe I can find out for sure now. Thanks for all the reply's on this.

I heard back form Robert Stanton today. He thinks it is a Mean Machine Enduro. The Front porch and single suport steering are mods someone made for comfort. I'm back on track now, just need to go pick it up. I attached a better pic, so it's easier to see. Shouldn't be to hard to put back right. Give me an excuse to get in the shop for a while.
