I know that the d44 saw motor is used for a Mac 10 clone but the bore is to small is there another saw that would have a piston and some more internal parts . ?

Mc 10 clones I've seen used a combination of D44 or D44A (larger displacement) in conjunction with 1-70 parts.

Actually it's the s44a,s55a or mc 1-70 mc1-80 powerhead.
the d44 is good for all the external parts useless as an actual mc10.
the bore and stroke are wrong and the con rod is undersized carrying only 22 conn rod main bearings.

hope this helps.
