What should I use to lightly hone a westbend 820 ?

Chrome bore, I think you are out of luck...

i just dont see how when u would re ring this motor how the rings would seat if the bore is so smooth...... there has to be a way to just scuff it up.....?

Hone with a diamond (borzon) stone -- same as used with nickel silicone carbide (nicasil) bores
