Vendors at TBO

There was a guy that was selling some kart frames and other parts located on the south side of the track at the end of the drive. All I remember about his booth was a blue Dart frame for $400 (firm) and a 2-piece frame for $800. I was talking to him a bit, but had to leave early. I went back Sunday to see if I could negotiate some sort of deal with him, but he wasn't there. Does anyone know who this gent was? Does he read this forum?
