Hi,
My caterer is asking me to get a count of folks that plan on being at the Avon event Friday the 26th for the picnic at 5:00PM.
Please let me know if you plan on eating with us and how many there will be.
The picnic dinner is included in both the 1 and 2 day drivers pass but those who only have a pit pass will have to pay $10 for the dinner.
Menu is marinated and grilled kabobs, your choice of chicken or pork (or maybe both)
Baked beans, 3 different salads and yummy deserts.
Bottled water will be provided all weekend at the track but sodas and or coffee are extra.
If you have already provided me with the info, then disregard this note.
