unidentified race kart
just picked up a vintage race kart... it has many simularities to a rupp chapparal... 2 piece frame, flat top adjustable seat, adjustable steering posts, center support that holds the hurst hydraulic caliper(this mount is flat and the axle runs through it...with 3 holes in it unlike the tubular chapperals bearing support), aluminum floor pan riveted to bottom of frame, but the rear half of the kart has a straight across bumper.it does not bend before it hits the bearing supports, im stumped it is for sure a vintage race kart.... but i have no clue of the make or model.it may be a robron?i donk know im stumped but this kart is awsome.... any help would be appreciated!thanks

Re: unidentified race kart
Could be a J or K Dart Kart. K would have a conventional single tube front axle.

Pictures will tell the story of what it is and then maybe we can give you a realistic value.Several views of the kart will be very usefull.

Re: unidentified race kart
Travis,
posting pix will help.
a little fyi though.
vintage karts are in most cases NOT a big ole pot of gold.
they are usually more like a money pit.
and rare doesn't equal valuable .
desirable AND rare equals valuable.
