hi bill , theres a chance maybe not sure but my guess is a century kart . where you from the yard looks like mine with white stuff all over it .. :|

Wow! Look at the steeing setup on the kart in the picture.... based on the angle of the full length tie rod it looks like the left side spindle must have the arm facing backward. Now that will produce an interesting effect!
For the guys who like toe in and toe out there is your perfect design.. you can have all of either that you want just by turning the steering wheel.
Turn left and both wheels point in, turn right and both point out?
Oh wait... it must be how you set them up for driving downhill in the snow. LOL
