SAE Kart Build

Putting together an SAE kart from a bare frame, anyone out there who may be able to answer a few questions for me.

Would like to know the correct distance from the front of the seat hoop to the centre hole on the front seat cross bar mount.
Also need to know rear axle width (4.50x5 or 4.10/3.50 rears) and front track (narrow 3.50x5 fronts).
Will also have a few more questions as build goes on.
