Carb for WB700

What would be an appropriate carb for a WB700 (late chrysler engine). It has a go power stuffer/pyramid reed intake. I have a tillotson HL314 double pumper with 1" bore. Would that be an alky carb? I also have a Mac flat back. A small engine repair book I have lists the WB70023 as 7.5 h p? I don't think that can be right?

West Bend advertised the 700 V5 (5 port) at 7.5 HP and the 580 V5 (5 port) at 6.5 HP. The performance data was established in accordance with the S.A.E. small air-cooled engine test code without air cleaners or mufflers. Here are the published dyno charts for the 700 V5. Max torque = 6.5 lb. ft. @ approx. 6600.
