rupp wheels, pedals and steering wheels

hi everyone .. i was just wondering what yr was the first yr of rupps chrome steering wheels , turbine wheels ,and steel z pedals .?? also were it possible to have rupp karts the same yr one with go power wheels ,aluminum steering wheel ,and aluminum rupp pedals .. one last question did rupp ever use asuza half moon tanks ..thanks
